Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us with a problem report.
When we receive a returned shipment, we will be notified by our manufacturer. Unclaimed returns will get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer's facility. You will have to contact us with a new address to ship it to within 4 weeks.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer's facility and you will have to contact us to ship it again within 4 weeks.
Returned by Customer: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please use the guides on the product pages to order your appropriate size.
