Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: It takes around 7-10 business days to manufacture your order. Shipping time varies by location but generally 7-10 business days in the US. If you're paying by eCheck it could take up to an extra week to clear payment before we begin the manufacturing process.
Q: Can I return my order if it's misprinted/damaged/defective?
A: Yes! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If your purchase was misprinted, damaged or defective, please send an e-mail to our customer support with an picture attached to email@example.com
Q: I haven't received my order and it should have arrived by now!
A: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your purchase was lost in transit please send an e-mail to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I changed my mind on what I ordered, can I return it?
A: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please use the provided size guides to order your appropriate size. If you have any questions about the products feel free to contact us!
