Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Currently, everything on the store made to order. It will take around 7-10 business days to manufacture your order. Shipping time varies by location but generally 7-10 business days in the US. If you're paying by eCheck it could take up to an extra week to clear payment before we begin the manufacturing process.
Q: Can I return my order if it's misprinted/damaged/defective?
A: Yes! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. If your purchase was misprinted, damaged or defective, please send an e-mail to our customer support with an picture attached to email@example.com
Q: I haven't received my order and it should have arrived by now!
A: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If your purchase was lost in transit please send an e-mail to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org After 4 weeks if it has not been claimed it will be donated to charity and we will not be able to send it to a new address.
Q: I've changed my mind on what I ordered, can I return it?
A: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please use the provided size guides to order your appropriate size. If you have any questions about the products feel free to contact us!
Q: I've placed an order but came to the realization afterwards that I've ordered the wrong size and/or ordered the wrong item. Can I get it refunded?
A: The sooner you contact us the better. We should be able to refund your purchase as long as it hasn't entered the manufacturing process yet. Contact us as soon as possible!
